It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our daughter Stephanie on December 24, 2022, in our home at the age of 36, after long and numerous sufferings from the devastation of diabetes.
Loving daughter of Helia and the late Walter Sousa. Cherished sister to Jacqueline (Carlos), Melanie (Derrek) and Justin. Predeceased by her Grandparents. Stephanie will also be sadly missed by her extended family and friends.
She was a beautiful soul, within and without, cherished by family, friends, and coworkers. She did not dwell on her infirmities, but instead reminded us that “There are others worse off than me”.
Rest in peace sweet daughter, may God give you comfort at last.
Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St, N. Cambridge where family and friends will be received on Thursday December 29, 2022, from 6-9p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held from St. Ambrose R.C. Church, 210 South Street, Cambridge Ontario N1R 2P4, on Friday December 30, 2022, at 11a.m. Interment to follow at Parklawn cemetery.
We would like to thank Dr. P. Luke and associates at London University hospital for their tender care.
