SANTOS, Sierra Veronica “CC”
passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness at the young age of 23 years. Adored daughter of Linda DaPonte and Brian McIsaac. Cherished sister of Robert Santos, Nicolina Keeler and husband Allan, Alex Santos, Lindsay McIsaac (Chris) and Meagan McIsaac (Bryan). CC was the bestest Aunt to Jack, Owen, Jahnessa and Alexis. Beloved granddaughter of Luis and Alda DaPonte and the late Veronica DaPonte. Dearest niece of Sherry and George DaSilva, Vickie and Mike McVeigh, Joe and Julie Krawciw, Ninna Preston and Christine Bracewell. She will also be remembered and missed by her cousins, Michael, Josh, and Delaney and her siblings of the heart, Kyle and James. CC had a contagious laughter and her smile could light up the room. To meet her was to love her. She truly was Wonder Woman. A Private Celebration of Life will take place. Arrangements entrusted to Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington.
