Sheila’s Obituary
Blinn, Sheila Pauline – Age 69, of Ashmore, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 in Digby General Hospital surrounded by family. Born April 16, 1952 in Digby, she was the 2nd in a family of twelve, a daughter of the late Anna (Walsh) Melanson.
She is survived by her two sons Larry & Garry Blinn; daughters-in-Law, Rhonda & Denise Blinn ; grandchildren, Ryan, Joshua , Océanne, Shalynn ; great-grandson Jack Blinn; siblings, Shirley (Donald) White, Sandra (the late Jim) Kelly, Sharon, Patrick , Bruce (Brenda), Betty (Terry) Amero, Ricky, Roxanne Graham, Stewart (Tracey), as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by siblings, Paul (Julie) and James (Sharon).
Her passions were gardening and collecting antiques. She was an Inspiration for all that knew her, a kind and gentle person who loved spending time with family and friends. Through the years, she worked as a caregiver.
She will be missed, but not forgotten.
At her request, in her final wishes, there will be no memorial service or funeral by her immediate family. She wished to be remembered and acknowledged as a hard working, loving mother and grandmother.
