It is with saddened hearts that the family of Scot Evan Prue announce his passing, on Friday, October 28, 2022, at the age of 65. Scot will be greatly missed by his mother Mary Bennett. Loving brother of Debbie (Randy) Havers, George (Sherri) Prue, Jen (Rob) Gallaher, Heather Brown-Webster, John (Susan) Brown and brother-in-law Archie MacGowan. Special uncle to Mary Havers, Joey Havers, Robert (Melissa) Prue, George (Pricilla) Prue, Michelle Ortlieb (Douglas Legg), Jenessa McKee (Nathan Porter), Ryan MacGowan, Carla (Mat) Matej, Chad Webster, Ashley (Chris) Stewart, Matthew (Ashly) Brown and Tausha (Tony) Culliton. Scot will be lovingly remembered by his many great nieces and nephews. Remembered by his special friend Crystal and by his many longtime close friends. Predeceased by his father George Prue, sister Kimberly (Prue) MacGowan and by his step-father Roy Bennett. In keeping with Scot’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Diabetes Canada or Heart & Stroke Foundation (cheques only at the funeral home please).
