Obituary of Sandra E. Matheson
MATHESON SANDRA E. – Peacefully at her residence on Friday April 15th, 2022; Sandra Eileen (Acheson) Matheson, of Little Ridge, NB. Born in St. Stephen, NB she is the daughter of the late Olin & Eileen (Groom) Acheson.
Sandra worked many years ago with the Met when it first opened, Deter Haan for a number of years and flagging for a few more. Sandra loved music and played piano in a band every Saturday night, in her younger years.
Sandra is survived by her daughter Lori Crosby of Little Ridge, NB, step children Danny Matheson (Nathalie) of Scotch Ridge, NB,Tami Matheson of St. Stephen, NB, and Jeff Matheson of St. Stephen, NB, grandchildren Tristan MacLeod & Emily Crosby, step grandchildren Aaron & Jessica Eagan, Adam Matheson, great granddaughter Jaclyn Rose MacLeod, 3 brothers, Gordon Acheson, Gary Acheson, Dale Acheson and 1 sister Shirley Acheson (Cloney), several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sandra was predeceased by her husband Gordon (Buddy) Matheson.
The family would like to invite family & friends to a celebration and rememberance of her life on Thursday, April 21st, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street St. Stephen, NB.
