Obituary
CULBERT, Sandra Jo (Levine) – Born on September 5, 1942, and passed away in the early hours of her sleep on April 1st, 2022, at Kelowna General Hospital. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 54 years, Tom; son, Darryl Palmer; daughter, Debbie Kranabetter, and youngest son, Darren Culbert. Sandy was predeceased by her first husband, Timothy Palmer, (the father of Darryl and Debbie) at a very young age. Sandy figure skated and started curling at the North Shore winter club in North Vancouver and continued curling for many years at the Winfield curling club, where she also served as president for two years. Sandy was a calm warm and loving woman, wife, mother of three, grandmother of four, and great grandmother of three and will be forever cherished and loved by many. She also enjoyed knitting crocheting macramé and painting. Cremation by Sandy’s request. A family gathering will be held at a later date, (when all members may attend).
