In Celebration of
Samar Paul Joshi
March 28, 1970 –
October 7, 2022
It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Samar Paul Joshi on Friday October 7th. Samar, at the age of 52, was the beloved husband of Nidhi Joshi. Treasured father of Dhruv Joshi and Paavani Joshi. Adored by his late father Satya and his mother Subhash. Cherished brother of Sunil and Rachna. Dear uncle to Ojas, Parth, Sristhi, Apoorav, and Ankush. Sadly, missed by his cousins, family, friends, and everyone that knew him.
Samar was a bright light to everyone’s life. A lingering laugh here, a small joke here, Samar spread nothing but love to anyone that he came across. Immigrating to Canada with his young family, Samar established himself with almost nothing in his pockets. Samar loved spending copious amounts of time in his gardens, coming up with new ways to plant more vegetables and new flowers. Samar loved providing food for others, often making his Gol Gappa recipe for anyone who asked. He adored music, and loudly sang whenever he had the chance, bringing joy wherever he went. In life, he was truly one of the most giving souls that we have ever known.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Bay Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation and Funeral Service will be held at Bayview Cemetery, 740 Spring Gardens Road, on Friday October 14th, 2022, from 12:30 p.m. till 1:30 p.m.
