It is with the deepest sorrow and profound heartache that we announce the immense loss of our beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend, Ryan Johnathon Booth, on October 20th, 2022, at the youthful age of 34.
Ryan bravely fought brain cancer in 2019. He overcame it and numerous obstacles to proudly obtain his HVAC certification. Unfortunately in the spring of 2022, he faced another tough battle with cancer. He fought hard, just like he lived and loved. He never ever lost hope; nor his positive outlook and love for life. His greatest passion was to fish and be in the outdoors. He was incredibly thankful for all his many friends and family. Even against everything he battled, he remained thankful and felt blessed for the life he had.
Forever missed by his loving mother and father, Shelley and Ken Booth, and by his favourite sister, Jodi Booth MacPherson and brother-in-law, John MacPherson. Fondly remembered by his loving grandmothers, Lynn Boyer and Louise Booth, and his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his little bro Brighton. Predeceased by his grandfathers, Larry Boyer and Harry Booth; and his best friend, brother, and fellow warrior Andrew Scarr.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the wonderful nurses and technicians at the RVH cancer centre who treated him kindly and with great care. A special thank you also to Jessica from Bayshore nurses who always made him feel comfortable.
As per Ryan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 26th, 2022 at 11am, at Carson Funeral Home, 54 Coldwater St E., Orillia (705) 326-3595.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions to Canadian Blood Services would be appreciated by the family.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Ryan Johnathon Booth 2022..
