Ruth Isabelle Saunders (nee Stewart)
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones at Algonquin Grace Hospice on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, she was in her 82nd year. Beloved common-law spouse of Ronald Saltzman and predeceased by her husband Floyd Saunders. Cherished mother of Randy Saunders (Gilda), Steven Saunders (Belinda) and Sheldon Saunders. Proud grandmother of Brandy Mitchell-Wild (Bill), Kevin Saunders (Jenna), Stacey Slute (Steven), Michael Saunders, Jerimia Janvier and great-grandmother of Heath, Dallas, Baylee, Rylee and Raya. Lovingly remembered by her brother Sherman Stewart (Gloria predeceased), predeceased by her siblings Beverley Stewart, Sandy Marshall, Dawson Stewart and her parents George & Flora Stewart . She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
