Obituary of Russell Bradley
Russell Bradley
(October 12, 1931 – September 2, 2022)
Now at home with his Heavenly Father. Born in Belfast, N. Ireland to John Bradley and Annie Patton. Predeceased by ten siblings, fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Russ emigrated to Canada in 1953, meeting his soulmate, Ruth Saynor, on only his second day in Canada. They married in 1956 and he became the cherished father of John (Lori-Lyn Rodger), Cheryl (Kelvin Enns) and Tricia (Tim Illman). Then, later in life the proud grandfather of Isaac and Grace Enns, and Caitlin, Erin and Connor Illman. Predeceased by infant granddaughter Sophia Nicole. Russ will be dearly remembered by the extended Saynor Family. Russ was a man of deep faith and prayer, serving God in a variety of capacities in the church and community. All are invited to celebrate his life and faith at Compass Point Church (1500 Kerns Rd., Burlington) on Saturday, September 10 at 11 am. A private burial service will be held in advance. In lieu of flowers, donations in Russ’ memory to a charity in keeping with his interests would be appreciated.
