Rowter; Sandra Joan, age 75, of Liverpool, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Sunday, February 27th, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in North Brookfield, she was a daughter of the late Ranald and Modena (Frail) Baker.
Sandra was employed as a nursery school teacher in her younger years. She and her husband Bruce later owned and operated the Kedjie Restaurant for many years.
