Rosemary Elizabeth Cowley (Rose) passed peacefully in the hospital in Carleton Place, Ontario, on Friday, November 25, 2022. Rose was 91 years old. Beloved wife of the late William Cowley (Bill). Loving mom of Debbie (Frank), Stephen (Brenda) and Sharon. Also a loving nana to Taylor (Elizabeth), David, Roberta (Samantha) and Jordan (Leandra). Great-grandmother to Paisley, Savannah and Everly. Also known as mudder of the Marshmallow gang at Woodvale Church. Mom loved the ocean and her favourite times were when she went to Bar Harbor, Maine with family and then with dad.
