Bailey, Rose Margaret
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rose Margaret Bailey of Cambridge, Ontario. Peacefully with her loving family by her side on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Cherished wife of Lorne Bailey and loving mother of Veronica Ghazarian (Ara) of Cambridge and Laura-Lynn Kanters (Kris) of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by her 6 grandchildren: Alexander, Sevanne, Madeleine, Jake, Brendan and Aiden. Survived by her brothers Mike Kucik (Sandy) and John Kucik of Cambridge. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Mary
(MacKinnon) Kucik and by her sister Violet Edwards (Keith). A graduate of Owen Sound Regional School of Nursing (1971), Rose practised nursing at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital for 36 years until her retirement. Rose enjoyed many precious times spent with her immediate family and grandchildren and her close connection to many dear friends made along the way. Rose and Lorne enjoyed many years of travel throughout their 52 years of marriage. Her closing remarks when someone was leaving was “don’t forget you are important.” Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street S.
