SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB – Rose Johnson, 74, of
Saint-Louis passed away peacefully at la Villa Maria, Sunday, March
20th, 2022. Born in Acadieville, she was the
daughter of the late Adolphe and Virgine (Doiron)
Johnson.
Rose was very proud of her appearance. She would always make
sure to have her hair done up nicely, to do her makeup and would
always pick out the nicest clothes.
Rose will be sadly missed by her nine sisters, Marcia Wilcox
(Gerry) of Saint John, Rita Cyr (late Hermel) of Grand Falls,
Azèle Saunders (Jimmy) of Hampton, Claudine Robichaud
(Néri) of Tracadie, Marielle Johnson (late Jean-Paul) of
Richibucto, Aline Richard (late Patrick) of Saint John, Carmella
Ricketts (Peter) of Saint John, Corinne Clement (Keith) of Riverview
and Robéa Johnson (Donald) of Richibucto; three brothers,
Urbain Johnson (Eilleen) of Grand Bay, Rosaire Johnson of Saint John
and Omer Johnson (Jacqueline) of Saint-Louis; sister-in-law, Corine
Johnson of Waltham, Massachusetts; as well as by her many nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, Rose was predeceased by her brother,
Roger Johnson.
The family would like to thank the staff and Dr. Josette
Vautour from the Villa Maria for the excellent care that was provided
to their sister during her stay with them.
Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home,
Saint-Louis on Friday from 2:00 pm until departure for the funeral. A
funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, March
25th, 2022 at 4:00 pm, Immaculate Conception
Roman Catholic Church, Acadieville.
