CARLO, Rosanna (nee Celotto) –
With great sadness we announce the passing of Rosanna Carlo on September 8th, 2022 at the age of 61 due to cancer. Loving Wife to David Carlo for over 24 years. Beloved mother to Christopher and Patricia. Dear sister of Giuliano and Dino. Dear Daughter of Costanza Celotto. Predeceased by her father, the late Enrico Celotto. Rose will be fondly remembered by her friends and extended family.
Rose was part of an incredibly close family. She devoted her life to her husband, son and daughter above all else. This was her highest priority. In addition, Rose worked for almost 40 years as an accountant serving a wide variety of clients over the years. Rose enjoyed painting, crafting, watching a good documentary and reading. Like her mother, Rose was also an exceptional cook. Raising two children with mental health issues, Rose was a staunch advocate for accommodation and understanding of people with disabilities. She will be missed for her warmth, compassion and her wonderful sense of humour.
Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St N, Guelph.
Family will receive guests on Tuesday September 13th, 2022 from 7-9PM. A Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday September 14th, 2022 at 11AM in the funeral home. Reception to follow service. Entombment at Marymount Cemetery at a later date.
