In the early hours of October 12, Ronald peacefully slipped away, his partner at his side following a lengthy and courageous battle with chronic illness. Ronald was predeceased by his first wife Clara (nee Likness) mother of Daniel and Cynthia and his sister Joan Sheppard. He is survived by Susan his loving partner of 37 years, his children Daniel, Cynthia and Natalie (Gene), grandchildren Holly (Frazer), Madyson, Arthur (Alicia), Aaron (Shanay), Wilfred, five great grandchildren, his brother Wallace Williams, sister-in-law Martha Likness Hood, many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Born in Vancouver, Ronald was a mentor and friend to many over forty-one years in the field of property management. He enjoyed his leisure time sailing the coastal waters on his boat Tokay with family and friends. He will be remembered for his determination, boundless energy, zest for life and cheeky sense of humour. He was truly the cat with nine lives.
A Celebration of Ronald’s life will be held at the First Memorial Boal Chapel at 1505 Lillooet Road, North Vancouver, BC on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
