HURAS, Ronald Alvin
Passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home in Milverton, Ontario, on May 25, 2022. Ron was born 81 years ago on March 12, 1941, in Wellesley, Ontario.
Husband of Diana (Gehl), and father to Collen, Brent, and Jennifer (Gary). Ron is predeceased by his parents Milton and Mabel (Koch), and brothers Robert and Franklin Huras.
Ron grew up as an avid outdoorsman, enjoying the trails on his snowmobile & cruising the back roads on his motorcycle. Also spending quality time in nature while hunting, fishing & camping with his family on Georgian Bay … with countless rounds of golf played throughout Ontario. Ron was a fan of sports and followed the NHL and the PGA Tour. His family was always entertained while he played his mandolin and any piano, with many fond memories of him singing for family and friends.
At Ron’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal service.
Those wishing to donate in Ron’s memory may do so to a charity of one’s choice.
