WEIR, Robin Paul
Passed away peacefully on August 6th at the Listowel Memorial Hospital after a lengthy and courageous battle with ALS. Robin was born 59 years ago in Kitchener, Ontario and was a resident of Monkton.
Robin will be missed by his loving wife Teresa (Reimer) Weir whom he married on September 16, 1995. He will also be missed by his sister Valerie (George) Hiller and their children, Leslie, and Bill; brother, Jim Weir (Liz) and children, Josh (Katie) and their children Asher and Arlo, Jordan; father-in-law John Reimer; sister-in-law, Lorna (Norm) Loepp; brother-in-law, Stan Reimer (Kelly) and their children, Caitlyn (Jordan), Olivia and Leah.
Robin is predeceased by his parents James and Pamela (Hargest) Weir, mother-in-law Helen Reimer and sister-in-law Helen Weir.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer Street, Milverton, on Friday, August 12, 2022, from 10:00 until the service time at 11:00. Pastor Gareth Goossen to officiate. A reception will follow in the funeral home with interment at Hampstead Cemetery.
For those unable to attend the funeral service in person a livestream link will be available.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hope for Wildlife, ALS Society of Canada or Emmanuel Bible Church, Simcoe would be appreciated and can be done through the funeral home.

  1. I can remember holding you as you slept in the backseat of your dad’s Volkswagen beetle. We were both just kids ; me being almost 10 years older. It’s always been a fond memory. Time and life had taken us our separate ways, but I will always remember.
