MacRae, Robert Lindsay – Age 49, Port
Hawkesbury, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022 in
St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish,
NS. Born in Toronto on March 23,1972, he was the
son of the late Carol Marie Reynolds.
Robert was a kind and gentle sole. His heart was
genuine. He never judged anyone based on hearsay.
He always made up his own mind. He worked at Canso Ford for almost 25
years. He was a good hard-working man.
He leaves behind his sister, Patricia McNamara, her
husband, Lorne McNamara, his 2 beloved and cherished nieces, Susan
McNamara and Aly McNamara and his best friend and sole brother, Alex
Boudreau. Robert loved his nieces more than anyone
could imagine and was extremely proud of them both. He loved movies,
music and games. He was always someone you could count on. He was very
much loved and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no
visitation or funeral service. Burial at a later date in
South Brook Cemetery, Port Hawkesbury. Memorial donations in
Robert’s memory may be made to Mental Health Foundation of
Nova Scotia. Arrangements are under the care of Dennis
Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury. Words of comfort
