FUNERAL NOTICE
POLLARD : ROBERT R.
Peacefully at his residence, Westport on Monday August 22, 2022. Bob Pollard, in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Cathy (Brousseau) Pollard. Loving father of Julie (Steve) Anderson of Westport, Amy Pollard (Steve Wallace) of Perth and Sandi (Andre) Desjardins of Sydenham. Dear brother of Ron (Shelvy) Pollard, Barbara (Maurice) Hutchings and Eleanor Bresee (Wil Alward) all of Westport and Jean (Art) Touw of Kingston. Fondly remembered by his 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Cemetery, Westport on Thursday August 25, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. followed by A Celebration of Life at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 542, 10099 Perth Road, Westport from 3-6 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. (Memorial donations by cheque only)

  1. Saying goodbye is one of the most difficult things we must do in life. Bob will be missed by so many as he touched the lives of so many. You as a family will have this hole forever but you had some wonderful moments and memory sharing as you said your final farewells and he was with you to be a part of that. A gift to be treasured. Our thoughts and love to all of you as you learn to live with Bob’s memories.
