Rita Marie Gauvin
1925-2022
Rita Gauvin of Riverside-Albert passed away on Saturday May
28, 2022 at the Forest Dale Home. Born in Saint Norbert, NB she was
the daughter of the late Frederic and Beatrice (Thibodeau)
Caissie. She was formerly employed with Humphrey’s
Mill and Ferguson Underwear.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter Beatrice Campbell;
brothers Norman (Jeannette) Caissie, Ulysses Caissie; god-daughter
Jacqueline Gauvin and several nieces and nephews. Aside from
her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Frederic Gauvin;
siblings Fedile Caissie, Ida Neilson, Gerard Caissie, Marion
O’Donnell, Madeline Gauvin and Doris Hutton.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place at
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine
Road, Riverview (869-2007). The interment will take place at
Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
