ELLIOTT: RICHARD “RICK”
Peacefully at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Saturday August 13, 2022 Mr. Richard “Rick” Elliott of Hensall in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Barbara “Barb” Elliott (2017). Loving and devoted father of Tim & Ann Elliott and their children Summer (Ken), and Dayna, Shane & Laurie Elliott and their children Caitlin (Ian), Jillian (John Paul), Jon & Dana Elliott and their children Jonathon, MacKenzie, Richard, Michaela, Andrew, and Paige. Also loved by great grandchildren Alexander, Andreas, and Keiran. Brother in law of Grace Gilfillan, Donna Lavery, and Dianne & Wayne More. Predeceased by his parents Moe & Helen Elliott, brother Gerald & Shirley Elliott, and in laws Marion Plunkett, Pearl & Roy Kirk, George & Agnes McLeod, Betty & Jack Lane, Bill Gilfillian, and Bob Lavery. Rick was a member of the Seaforth Lawn Bowling Club, and a board member of Northcrest Apartments in Hensall. At Rick’s request cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at the Clinton Cemetery, Hydro Line Rd., Clinton, on Friday August 26, 2022 at 1 p.m. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
