Richard Joseph Henry Guité
Passed away suddenly at his home on August 12, 2022 at the age of 72. He was born in Sudbury and resided in Hamilton. He was the Son of late Gilbert and late Georgette Guite. Ric was a proud Father to Michelle (Scott), Ric (Tanya), Kathleen (Sarah) and Tim. Loving Grandfather to Adam, Marie-eve, Ethan, Jenna and Kaitlynn. Dear Godfather to Pam. He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers and Sisters; Suzanne (Pat), Lorraine (Tim), Gail (Bob), Gary, Glen, Albert, late Luke, late Lori, late Michael and late Jackie. He was an Uncle to many and a friend to all. He will be missed by his ex wife; Denise as well as family and friends. He worked at Wabco for 36 years. He enjoyed living in Hamilton and admired everything about it. He always talked about interesting facts and history about the city. He had such an appreciation for music and enjoyed singing karaoke with his family and friends. In his earlier years, he coached a Hamilton soccer team, as well as a bowling league. He had such a great sense of humor and knew how to have a good time. He would often reminisce and talk about wonderful times with his family and friends. Ric lived his life with generosity and a giving spirit. Please do something kind for someone in his honour. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to PX Dermody Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place.
