Obituary
PRIMEAU- Rhea Marie (née Drouin) formerly of Niagara Falls passed away at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in Niagara Falls on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Roland (Roly) , loving mother of Elaine (Claude) Raymond of Welland, Denise Riopelle of London, Ontario and Rick (the late Janet) Primeau of Lethbridge, Alberta, dear grandmother of Steven (Jennifer) Raymond, Jason Robiatalle, Philip Raymond, Jeremy Bryan, Veronica (Paolo) Bryan – Cirillo, Kyle (Jennalee) Bryan and Sam Riopelle, great grandmother of Kayla Ross, Matthew, Natalie and Gregory Raymond, Hunter Bryan, Estelle Cirillo, Holland Bryan, Olivia Bryan and Lawrence Cirillo, sister of Simone (John), Theresa (Pat), Annette (Ben), Jean (Vic), Irene (Bob) and Diane (Jean Guy), sister-in-law of Jeanne. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Rhea was predeceased by her parents Athanase and Marie Drouin, her brothers Maurice (the late Gerry) and Henry (Linda) and her sister Anita (the late Roger). Before returning to the Niagara area, she lived several years in Northern Ontario where she owned and operated summer cottages and where she enjoyed picking blueberries in the summer and ice fishing in the winter. She loved to crochet and was an accomplished seamstress. Rhea loved to bake, paint and play cards.
By her request there will be no visitation and cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME 135 Clarence St. Port Colborne.
