Peacefully at the Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket on Saturday October 15, 2022 at the age of 43 years. Beloved husband of Anne Blackburn of Newmarket. Loving father of Josh (Caroline Sugrim) of Newmarket, Julie (Riley Monette) of Stoufville, Austin, Donavin both of Sutton and Samantha “Sammy” of Newmarket. Dear brother of Lisa (Rayel Poitras) of Windsor, and Jeff (Crystal) of Mount Albert. He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, mother-in-law Brenda Slatcher, brother-in-law James Slatcher, and friends, especially Sarah Peacock. Visitation at the MW Becker Funeral Home 490 The Queensway South, Keswick, Ontario on Wednesday October 26, 2022 from 11:30 to 1:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at 1 p.m. In memory of Ray, donations to the Stronach Cancer Centre C/O Southlake Regional Health Centre would be appreciated.
