It is with profound sadness that family announces the sudden passing of Randy Ray Armstrong at his residence on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 at the age of 64.
Beloved son of Percy and Theda Armstrong (nee Absalom) both predeceased. Dear brother of Gerry predeceased (wife Vicky), Wayne (MaryAnn predeceased), Carol, Danny predeceased, Laurie McKenzie (Dean), and Robbie (Marie-Ann). He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews Zac, Joshua, Jesse, Angela, Tracy, Scott, Chelsea, Darcy, Crystal, Amanda, and Taylor.
Randy excelled at sports, enjoying skating, golf, swinging a tennis racquet and pool. In later years, he picked up a guitar. He spent many hours fishing at his beloved Naraka Lake camp. He was a proud and active member of AA, with 13 years of sobriety. He was an avid Toronto Maple Leaf’s fan, never missing a game.
There will be no visitation and service. A private family gathering will take place. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
