Devoted husband of 58 years to Suzanne (Johnston) and father of Frieda
Billard (Gary MacLeod) and Florence (Scott) MacDonald.
Loving grandfather of Marcus (Kelsey) Ford and Lucas Ford; adoring
Great Grandfather to Tucker and Suzie
Ford.
Born in St.
John’s, Newfoundland, on November 13, 1942, son of the late Ralph and
Margaret (Stamp) Billard. Also left to mourn are his
sisters, Bernice MacLeod, Carol White, and Patsy
Davis
Resting at
Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home, with visiting on Tuesday, July
19, 2022, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The funeral service is to be held on
Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 1:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment is to take place in the Murray River
Cemetery.
