Neufeld, Peter of Aylmer passed away peacefully with his family by his side at his residence on Sunday, August 21, 2022 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Anna(Klassen) Neufeld of 66 years. Dear father of Nettie Guenther(Jake) of Kingsville, Tina Reimer(late Abe) of Leamington, Annie Rempel(Ben) of Paris, Texas, Pete Neufeld(Annie) of Kingsville, Jake Neufeld(Agatha) of Cottam, Mary Froese(Peter) of Aylmer, John Neufeld(Mary) of Aylmer, Sara Loewen(Pete) of Aylmer, Justina Friesen(John) of Cottam, Lena Reimer(late Stanely) of Kingsville, Suzie Guenther(John) of Aylmer, and Abe Neufeld of Newburgh, Indiana. Brother of Anna Dyck and Nettie Neufeld. Predeceased by brothers Jacob, Abe, Nick, Johan and sisters Katharina Penner, Helena Friesen, and Maria Peters. He will be missed by 36 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on September 5, 1937, son of the late Jacob and Katharina(Penner) Neufeld. Peter and Anna enjoyed 20 years of retirement. Visitation will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday, 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at the Aylmer Evangelical Mennonite Mission Church, by Summers Corners on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 11:00am. Interment, Calton Cemetery.
