At Alexandra Marine & General Hospital, Goderich on Thursday February 3, 2022 Peter “John” Barltrop of Goderich in his 71st year. Loving partner of Shelley McMahon. Loving father of Terra Rayner (Marcus), Shelby Dines-Killam (Kirk Killam), Kylie Hulley (Steve), Chad Barltrop, and Troy Barltrop (Lisa). Papa of Justin, Taylor, Tanner, Jordan, Larissa, Hunter, Presley, Cassie, Chase, Sirenity, Sienna, Nash, Olivia, Ayden, and Ella. Great grandfather of Charlotte, Myles, and Aria. Survived by his brother Gary Barltrop (Cathy). Also missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ken & Lilah Barltrop. At John’s request cremation has taken place and there will be no public service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
