Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on August 4, 2022 at 88 years of age. Beloved husband and best friend of 67 years to Sheila. Loving and devoted father to Dawn, Kevan and Tracy (Joe). Cherished Grandad to Shawna (Lucas), Alexa (Darrin), Brody, Jesse and Heather. Dear son of the late Ernest and Connie Carroll. Treasured grandson of the late Annie. Much loved brother to late Brian, John (Jean), late David, late Michael, Valerie (Bob) and Paul (Rosemary). Peter will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
He leaves behind many friends in Cuba and the Dominican Republic.
Born in Dorset, England in 1934. He met and married Sheila in 1957. Together they moved to Canada in 1965 to begin their life in Burlington and start a family. Peter was an avid soccer player, a loyal fan of the Aston Villa Soccer team and later a much loved coach.
Peter will forever be remembered for his kind heart and loving nature.
Cremation and a private family service were held.
