Patrick Reedy, a resident of Port Lambton, passed away suddenly on December 13, 2022, at the age of 76.
Pat was the loving son of the late Pearl (Johnston) and the late Joseph Reedy and caring son-in-law of the late Audry (Patterson) and the late Haddie Miller.
Loved and devoted husband to Christine (Miller) for 53 years.
Dearly loved and cherished father of Julie (Rob) Berkvens of St. Thomas, Shani (Jamie) Knight of Wallaceburg and Ryan (Rachel) of Michigan.
Deeply loved and missed by his grandchildren Luke, Emma, Beau, Maggie, Samuel, and Elle.
Kind brother of Tom (Marilyn) Reedy, and the late Barb Reedy, brother-in-law to Steve (Janice) Miller, Verna (Angus) McLarty and Colin (Kathy) Miller.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Pat’s first love was his family, followed by his love of sports, specifically his beloved Toronto Blue Jays, Maple Leafs and Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Pat’s deep, life-long friendships were created through work and his many years of coaching hockey and baseball. If you knew Pat, you couldn’t help but be drawn in by his wicked, dry sense of humour.
Family and friends will be received at Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin Street, Wallaceburg on Friday, December 16, 2022, from 3:00 – 8:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 10:00 am from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Port Lambton. Interment to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Port Lambton, Ontario.
