Obituary of Patricia A. Arnold
Patricia A. “Pat” Arnold age 83 of Erin, NY passed away on Tuesday May 31, 2022. Pat was born September 15, 1938 in Richland Township, PA. the daughter of the late Hadley Emanuel Paul and Mildred M. Gordon Paul. She was also pre-deceased her sons David M. Saxbury and Richard M. Saxbury as well as her brothers and sisters Glen Paul , Lois Sutherland, Donald Paul , and Fern Paul. Pat was a retired secretary at The Chemung County Health Department . She married her husband Edwin E. Arnold on March 3, 1976 and they recently celebrated their 46th Wedding Anniversary. She was a member of The Community Wesleyan Church in Horseheads, NY. Pat loved her family and friends and treasured the time she spent with them. Pat is survived by her loving and devoted husband Edwin E. Arnold ; daughters-in-law: Shelly (Mrs. David) Saxbury of Erin , NY and Megan (Mrs. Richard) Saxbury of North Carolina; grandchildren: Jeska Saxbury , Nicholas Saxbury, and Hillary Saxbury; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law : Judy and Glen Whitesell of Erin , NY , Janet Arnold of Erin, NY , Timothy and Vickie Arnold of Archer, Florida , Christopher and Renee Arnold of Erin, NY , and Peter and Lisa Arnold of Horseheads, NY ; several nieces, nephews, cousins , and a multitude of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Community Wesleyan Church 2095 Grand Central Avenue Horseheads, NY on Saturday June 4, from 1-2 PM. Patricia’s Memorial Service will follow at 2 PM with her nephew Rev. Stephen Paul officiating. Pat will be laid to rest in Woodlawn National Cemetery in Elmira, NY at the convenience of the family.
