Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia ‘Trisha’ Joan Sochowski. She passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of July 12, 2022 at the age of 66.
Trisha is survived by her loving and loyal husband of 44 years, Tony Sochowski. She is also survived by her 2 sons, Matthew and Joshua, and her 6 grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her including her friends, cousins, and extended family. Waiting to guide her to the Sky World was her grandmother, mother, grandchild, and the many other loved ones she was predeceased by.
Trisha was a sweet, kind, and caring soul, with so much love in her heart. Her patience and compassion was extended to all of those around her, willing to forgive quickly and look past peoples fallibilities. She was a rock for those who loved her most with a real quiet strength about her. She will be greatly missed.
Her family will be holding a Celebration of Life to honour her at their family home in Lacombe on July 20th at 2pm. All who wish to pay their respects are welcome.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to all of the wonderful staff at the Lacombe Continuing Care Centre (long-term care) for all of their hard work, support, and advocacy for not only Trisha but the entire family.
