Noel Lloyd Bernard Kahnapace
December 12, 1937 – February 19, 2022
Noel Lloyd Bernard Kahnapace loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great gandfather was called home to the Creator on February 19, 2022 surrounded by his family. Noel is predeceased by his parents Henry and Harriet Kahnapace (nee Cyr); brothers George, Harvey and Rene Kahnapace; sisters Celina, Edna, Gladys and Constance Kahnapace; and beloved children Alvin, Joseph, (Nooty-boy), Shiela Kahnapace; adopted daughter Inez Kahnapace (nee Papequash).
Noel is survived by his loving wife of 59 ½ years Rose Mae Kahnapace (nee Oochoo); daughters Donna (Ron) Bird, Denita (Stan) Bird, Laurenda (Vince) Geddes, Karen, Cynthia (Sheldon) Smoke-Matonie; adopted daughters Kiley (Jordi) Sevenwaters, Kalista Papequash, Tanya Oochoo, Gwen Oochoo; 19 grandchildren; 52 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and other extended family too numerous to mention. The family would like to thank the staff of Echo Lodge care home, Chief Todd Peigan of Pasqua First Nation and Conley Funeral Home.
Wake will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 4 pm in the Chief Ben Paskwa hall, Pasqua First Nation. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 1 pm in the same location, Covid-19 protocols will apply.
