Nellie Ada Hickman Noe – age 103 of Knoxville entered into eternal life on Monday, April 11, 2022. Nellie was a lifelong equestrian, an avid gardener, and founding member of Riverdale Saddle Club.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Callie Winfred Noe; grandson, David Wolfenbarger; parents, Ira and Evelene Hickman; six brothers; and two sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Ada Riley (T.A.); grandchildren, Bob Wolfenbarger (Chris) and Tommi Lindsey; great-grandchildren, Holly Pickard (Michael), Nicole Oatney (David), Callie Reagan (Ryan), Andy Lindsey (Carla); great-great-grandchildren, Abby and Eli Pickard, Riley and Hazel Oatney, and Levi Lindsey; and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff at Jefferson City Health and Rehab for all of their care and love.
Friends and family are invited to call at their convenience from 2:00 – 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Bridges Funeral Home. Graveside service and burial will be 11:00 AM on Friday, April 15, 2022, at Sherwood Memorial Gardens with Deacon David Oatney officiating. Pallbearers will be Walter Hickman, Frank Edward Hickman, Andy Lindsey, Ryan Reagan, Michael and Eli Pickard.
