It is with deep sadness the family of Neil Bergin announces his peaceful passing on Wednesday March 23, 2022 at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre Toronto.
Neil, age 60, treasured son of Carmel & John Bergin (deceased). Loved brother of Ian (Julie) and Paula (Michael). Much loved uncle of John, Joseph, Evan and Rian. Much loved and always remembered by his family in Canada & Ireland.
Neil worked in mechanical maintenance at Darlington Nuclear Plant. He enjoyed golfing, was an avid Formula 1 and racing fan, and loved cars.
Family & friends are invited to gather at Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa for Memorial Visitation on Thursday April 7th from 5pm to 8pm.
Memorial Mass will be held on Friday April 8th, 2022 at 11am at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church.
A Private Family Interment of Ashes will take place at a later date in Resurrection Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Neil would be appreciated by the family.
