Obituary of Nancy Binks (Howard)
Nancy passed away on June 12, 2022, in her 84th year. Her life was focussed on her two beloved sons, Stephen, and Dale, and her two precious grandsons, Conor, and Devin.
Her happiness was also centered around her 35 years of teaching and the students whose lives she touched. Each one was special! After retiring from teaching, she fulfilled another item on her “bucket list” when she started an antiques business and shop. She travelled throughout Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia with her best friend, Byron, doing antique shows along the way.
Recently she joyfully worked in area food banks, and at the Missions Thrift Store, making many special friends. Nancy will be dearly missed by her sons Stephen McKergow (Janice Miller), and Dale McKergow, and her grandsons, Conor McKergow, and Devin McKergow.
There will be a private burial at her request. Donations in her memory can be made to the Partners in Mission Food Bank, Kingston.
