Nancy Colbert Oberdorf
October 27, 1942- April 21, 2022
Nancy passed away peacefully on April 21, at the age of 79. She is survived by her husband, Jim, and cousin Russell Logan.
Nancy enjoyed being with and helping people, she was an exceptional Social Worker.
St. Philip’s, in Dunbar, played a large part in her life; she was delighted with being the playground director, at Chaldecott Park, during summer vacations. Nancy was also a rowing instructor at Camp Artaban and enjoyed Lord Byng Secondary, UBC’s UN Club and UC Berkeley International House. Nancy had a life long career as a Social Worker and loved traveling the world with her husband, Jim.
Her legacy is what she did in life, her love for her husband and all of her friends and patients she touched along the way. Her favourite charity was helping to send kids to Camp Artaban.
