Nancy Mary La Combe passed away at home outside of Ayton, Ontario, on Thursday, September 1st, 2022, in her 74th year.
Predeceased by parents Harold and Elsie (Dubrick) Cook, brother Murray Cook, and nephew William Perry.
Mother of Bradley La Combe and Sheri of Mount Forest, Calvin La Combe of Alliston, and Scott La Combe of Ayton. Grandmother of Austin La Combe, Nicholas La Combe, Jessica La Combe, and remembered by her son-in-law Julian Boettcher of Sault Ste Marie. Niece of Stanley and Verda Cook. Nancy spoke fondly of her best childhood friend Eileen Steffler who she missed dearly.
She adored her Aunt Cora and friends Tilly Welsh, Norma Goodwin, Delores Clark, and Burnese Mahood.
Sister of Madeline and Monty Perry, and Shirley and Dick Wendling, all of Ayr, and sister-in-law of Karen Cook of New Hamburg. Aunt of Dennis, Jason, Linda, Cheryl, Lorri, and Janette.
Nancy was a devoted mother and caregiver. She enjoyed sharing her love of gardening and nature. Nancy loved and is loved by her sisters, sons, grandchildren, and relatives. She will be greatly missed.
Private arrangements have been entrusted to the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston
Memorial donations to Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated.
