Obituary for
Nadia Maciuk
Nadia Maciuk (née Matviw), formerly of St. Michael, AB passed away March 9, 2022 at the age of 96 years and 11 months.
Nadia is survived by daughter, Gloria Marshall of Toronto; son, Paul of St. Michael; daughter, Ella of Edmonton; six grandchildren, Tracy Marshall of Port Perry, ON, Scott (Alma) Marshall of Pickering, ON, Zachary Petriw of Edmonton, Dr. Larissa Petriw of Edmonton, Lida (Brenden Kuzma) of Edmonton and Oleksa Petriw of Edmonton; five great-grandchildren, Gaby and Colsen of Port Perry, Matthew and Miles of Pickering, and Eli of Edmonton.
Predeceased by her husband, Sam; parents, Peter and Cassie; brothers, Michael and Henry; and sisters, Tillie and Jessie.
Funeral Service on Wednesday, March 16 at Park Memorial Funeral Home, 9709 –111 Avenue, Edmonton at 10:30 a.m.
Interment in St. John’s Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Peno, AB with Reverend Father Michael Maranchuk officiating. The family requests that everyone in attendance wear masks.
In lieu of other tributes donations may be made to St. John’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Peno, AB and the Lamont Healthcare Centre.
