Morgan Bernard Mason

Mason, Morgan Bernard – Peacefully at home in Ingleside on Monday, December 26, 2022. He was 74. Loving husband of Judy Mason (Bilmer). Beloved father of Kaley, Courtney and Emily (Hastings), father in-law of Laure Dutirou-Mason, Josephine Howitt and Todd Hastings. Cherished grandfather of Andie, Tia, Alienor, Keeva, and Remy. Survived by his siblings: Richard (Sheila), Brian (Dawna), John (Bonnie), Perry, and David. Predeceased by his parents, Wilbert and Emma Mason (Menard), and his siblings, Wanda, Bernie (Jan), and Ron (Brenda). Some family and friends speak of his brotherly/fatherly role in their lives. Morg had a special bond with the Bilmer family and Joan and David Eamer, all who so admired him. His many nieces and nephews will sorely miss his presence at family gatherings. He will also be fondly remembered by close friends. He always modelled acceptance and a willingness to help without question. We will all miss his gentle, playful nature. As per Morgan’ wishes cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to The River Institute would be appreciated by the family.
