Passed away on October 13th 2022. Beloved husband of Debra Parks (nee Carroll). Dear father of Justin Parks (Jacqueline), Natalie Parks (Nate Boone), and step father to Samantha O’Donnell (Dylan Mason). Michael will be dearly missed by many more family and friends.
