Obituary
Michael Henry Stusick, ‘Mike’ ‘Gido’ 71 years of Okotoks, Alberta passed away suddenly on February 21, 2022.
Mike was born on September 17, 1950, in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, to parents, Olga and Henry Stusick of Canora.
Mike spent most of his life farming and later working as a member of Local Union 92/1111 in many different capacities.
Mike loved travelling and went many places all over the world.
Mike was a proud Gido. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, taking them to the movies and out for supper. He was also very proud of all the accomplishments of his children.
Mike is survived by his children, Jason and Kimberley (Kris); and grandchildren: Joshua, Samuel, Benjamin, James, and Hannah.
A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 3, 2022, at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery (Antoniwka), north of Canora, SK, with Very Rev. Fr, Joakim Rac officiating.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to a Charity of Donor’s Choice, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Michael Stusick.
