MaryJane Davidson – 68, New Glasgow
We regret to announce the passing of MaryJane (MJ) Davidson on November 7, 2022, at the Aberdeen Hospital. Born in New Glasgow, she was the daughter of the late Sidney & Gloria (Davidson) Ormrod.
MJ was famous for her delicious homemade chocolate & candy and her love of coffee. She loved to visit with her friends and family and finding a great deal.
MJ is survived by her spouse Angus DeBaie, son Bruce (Boo) Davidson (Margaret), and her two grandchildren Chase and Eden – whom she loved to the moon and back – brothers; Sidney (Kathleen), Ralph (Nicole) & Jimmy; sister Trudy (Brian), and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, sisters, Betty & Cindy, and brother Bruce.
Cremation to take place with the HW Angus Funeral home in New Glasgow. A private celebration of life will take place later time.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in MJ’s name to the Canadian Cancer society or Diabetes Canada.
The family would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the 4th floor West Nursing staff, Palliative care staff, Dr. Mary MacNeil (Halifax Oncologist), and special friend and caregiver Kim Lewis for their amazing care of MaryJane.
