Mary Catherine Paul 2022

Mary Catherine (Considine) Paul, of Eel Ground, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Bridgeview Hall, Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada at the age of 79.
Born in Kilconnell, Liscannor, County Clare, Ireland, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Kate (Curry) Considine. She worked at John Hancock Prudential Building in Boston, Massachusetts for many years and became a private care worker after her retirement.
She will be greatly missed by her son Kenneth Paul (Mary) of Eel Ground daughter Diane Nelson (Dom) of Eel Ground; three sisters Betty Finnerty, Margaret Carey, and Helen Clancy all of Ireland; her brother P.J. Considine of Ireland; four grandchildren Michael Paul (Beverly Larry) of Fort MacMurray; Andrea Paul (Scott McCoy) of Strathadam; Shane Paul of Eel Ground; and Steven Nelson (Nadia Pich) of Boston; three great grandchildren Michael Paul, Layla Paul, and Parker Paul; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Gordon Paul.
A celebration in memory of Mary will be held at a later date.

  1. I was very sorry to hear of the death of Mary. She was a cheerful, kind and pleasant lady. I always enjoyed meeting her when she was at home on holidays in Liscannor, County Clare.
    May she rest in peace. She is now united with Gordon and her parent.
