Robinson, Helen Marion (nee McCulloch) –
Marion, passed away peacefully on Friday September 23, 2022 at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital, in her 89th year. Loving wife of the late Sam Robinson. Loving mother of the late Terry Robinson, Cindra Robinson and Sandy Redman. Grandmother of Kylie Smith, Ashley (Luke) McKee, Michelle Fish, and Stephen Redman (Kassidy Irwin). Great grandmother of Carter Fish. Marion is survived her sister Ilene (Murray) Stephens, sister-in laws Donna McCulloch and Dorothy McCulloch. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents R. Tom and Eva (nee Allen) McCulloch, her husband Sam, her son Terry and her six brothers and sisters. Marion worked at Sunset Manor for over 25 years in the laundry department. Her pride and joy were her family, friends & neighbors which she embraced dearly. She will be greatly missed.
Arrangements entrusted to the Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood. A graveside service will be held at Thornbury-Clarksburg Union Cemetery on Thursday September 29, 2022 at 1p.m. A reception will follow at the Collingwood Legion, 490 Ontario Street, Collingwood. Donations in her memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society.
