Passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Saviour at the age of 90. Loving wife of 69 years of Stayley Allen. Also survived by her children Maureen Compton, Greg and Diana (Landeryou) Allen, Gary and Christy (Bressette) Allen, David Allen, and Kevin and Jan (Brandt) Allen. Dearly loved by grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a nurse, a seamstress, and most of all a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Special thanks to the staff at Sumac Lodge in Sarnia for the care they gave her in the 3 1⁄2 years she was there. Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. A live stream of the funeral service will be on Marilyn’s memorial page on the Smith Funeral Home website.
