Obituary
With terrible sadness, we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife and mother, Lucie, at her home in Toronto. She was 57 years old.
She is survived by her husband, John, daughter Marie-Joëlle Gabrielle, and son-in-law, Peter. Also in mourning are her sisters Marie-Claude, Isabelle, and Manon, brother Stéphane, her in-laws John and Rae, extended family, and dear friends.
Lucie was loved by so many; she was always the life of the party. She was funny, caring, and always there for her family and loved ones. Lucie forever put others before herself and wore her heart on her sleeve. She lived to take care of her daughter and husband.
Lucie was known for her gifts in the kitchen. She was a fantastic cook and baker. It’s the way she showed her love to others. Lucie loved entertaining; even when it was supposed to be “just a little something, ” she’d always go above and beyond.
Lucie will always be remembered for her humor, selflessness, and love for her husband and daughter.
At this time, our family does not have any services. However, in the future, we will be hosting a celebration of life where family and friends can come together to celebrate Lucie.
