1932-2022
Marie LeBlanc, 89, of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and
formerly of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, passed away peacefully at the Manoir
on Friday March 18, 2022. She was married to the late Gerard LeBlanc
(1999). Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the
late Albert and the late Eugénie (LeBlanc) Nowlan.
She will be sadly missed by her four children; Jeannette LeBlanc of
Bouctouche, Diane LeBlanc (Yvon Roy) of Cocagne, Gerald (Norma) of
Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Guy (Bernadette) of Moncton, her six
grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great great
grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her two sisters; Alice Savoie
(Ernest) of Leominster, MA, Léona Boudreau (Jean) of Calhoune,
three brothers; Rudolph of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, William (Norma) of
Bouctouche, Albert (Éveline) of Waltham, MA and several nephews
and nieces.
She was predeceased by two sons; Jean and Charles, one granddaughter;
Mélanie, two great grandsons; Xavier and William, her seven
sisters; Lucille, Christine, Rita, Jeanne, Lorraine, Corinne, Lina and
one brother; Désiré.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de
l’église, Bouctouche on Tuesday March 22, 2022 from 1:00 pm
to 3:45 pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Jean
Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Tuesday March 22, 2022
at 4:00 pm with interment in the Sainte-Marie-de-Kent Parish cemetery
in the spring.
FACE MASK ARE MANDATORY AT THE FUNERAL HOME AT ALL TIME.
In Marie’s memory, donations may be made to the Manoir
Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
