Passed away peacefully at Innisfree House – Hospice, Kitchener, on Monday April 18, 2022 at the age of 85. Predeceased by her husband Carlos. Evelina will be sadly missed by her children Elizabeth (Tony) and Eusebio (Jackelyn). Maria will also be missed by her Grandchildren Hans (Ashley), Jennifer and Brandon, Great Grandchildren Gavin, Ashtin and Emma as well nieces, nephews, siblings Ines, Maria do Carmo, Maria do Espirito Santo, Fatima and Teresa.
Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, N., Cambridge N1R 5N6, where visitation will be held on Monday April 25, 2022 from 6pm to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Parish, 29 Elliott St, Leamington, ON N8H 3M4 on Tuesday April 26, 2022 at 11am. Entombment will follow at Erie Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 209 Erie St. South, Mersea Township Leamington, Es County, Ontario, Canada. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff and volunteers at Innisfree Hospice, for the care and kindness showed to Evelina during her stay. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Innisfree House – Hospice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
